Corrosion Assessment
External panels may hide rusting from sight, but beneath the body panels, the steel shell of your car is likely to be corroded to some degree. We will assess the damage and carry out repairs.

Panel Straightening & Painting
Our body shop follows a rigorous 10-step process of straightening and painting, to consistently give the premium finish that we pride ourselves on.

Engine Rebuilds
If an electric motor is not desired, we can rebuild your original engine. These are made in-house by our experienced team of engineers. All our rebuilt engines can be supplied with new ancillaries, carburettors or injectors, and with 'plumbing'.

Interiors
Interiors can be restored in their original styles, including seats, kick panels, kick diaphragms, luggage area, carpets, seat bases, and headlinings. This is done using a combination of new old stock, remanufactured, and restored original interior parts.

Shell & Panel Restoration
With corrosion assessed, our welding specialists will restore the steel inner-shell and repair the outer alloy panels via TIG (tungsten inert gas) welding.

Rustproofing
The rustproofing process is done in 3 main stages. First, the underbody is thoroughly cleaned and de-greased. Next, a metal power-brush is employed to remove any surface corrosion. This provides the cleaning effect of blasting, but without the loss of any healthy metal. Next, the underbody is coated with heated Dinitrol 4941, a self-healing underbody coating. Finally, a layer of high-quality rustproof epoxy paint is carefully applied.

Running Gear
All running gear can be expertly restored, including wheels, suspension, steering, and powertrain.

Chassis Repairs
Depending on the extent of corrosion, we offer full or part chassis repair. Wax will be injected into the internal cavities of both the newly repaired, and original parts of the chassis, in order to prevent corrosion.
